Irvine FC is looking for a talented Men's Head Coach and Academy Assistant. As the Men's Head Coach, you will be leading our Southwest Premier League Team, driving on field strategy, planning and executing weekly training sessions, and supporting our players in their development. As the Academy Assistant you will support our Academy coaches in areas including but not limited to: administrative tasks, training support, and player development.
Qualifications:
- Competitive soccer background
- Grassroots US Soccer Caching License
- Ability to cultivate a positive team environment
- Ability to operate a personal computer including email, word, and excel.
- Great communication skills
- Exceptional organizational ability
